3. Disclaimer of Affiliation
Matchup Analyzer is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to EA Sports, Electronic Arts Inc., the National Football League (NFL), NFL Properties LLC, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Madden NFL, or any of their respective subsidiaries, partners, or licensors. All team names, player names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Any use of such names or marks is purely for descriptive, informational purposes within the context of the video game Madden NFL.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans (Pro at $9.99/month and Coach at $19.99/month) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use the Service to benefit users who have not subscribed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific outcome in your Madden franchise. AI analysis and game plans are tools to assist decision-making, not guarantees of results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchup Analyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
